The rules governing your commercial relationship with PassLink.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all subscriptions to the services offered by PassLink SAS via the website passlink.me (the "Service").
By subscribing to a paid plan or by ticking the acceptance checkbox during checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms take precedence over any other general purchasing conditions or documents issued by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service Provider: PassLink SAS, Hazebrouck, France, reachable at contact@passlink.me.
Customer: Any individual or legal entity that has created an account on passlink.me and subscribed to one of the offered plans. The customer warrants that they have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
PassLink is a SaaS (Software as a Service) link-in-bio page builder enabling creators, coaches and agencies to share their links, social networks and contact information through a customized page accessible via a unique URL.

The Service is available 24/7, subject to planned maintenance or events beyond PassLink's control.
PassLink offers the following plans. All prices are in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes.
1 profile, 5 social links, 1 external link, no commitment
1 advanced profile, analytics, custom slug, no watermark
5 profiles, verified badge, 10 social links, 5 external links
Unlimited profiles, unlimited links, all features included
Annual plans are available with a discount of up to 20%. Annual pricing is displayed on the pricing page. PassLink reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time, provided that existing subscribers are notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
7-day free trial: Every first subscription to a paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during this period. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the 7 days, unless cancelled beforehand.
Subscriptions are taken out online via passlink.me. The process is as follows:
A confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer's email address after each subscription or renewal. This confirmation serves as acknowledgment of the order.
Payment is processed via the secure platform Stripe. Accepted payment methods include: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and any other method offered by Stripe based on availability.

In the event of a payment failure, PassLink will notify the customer by email. If the payment is not settled within the given timeframe, access to premium features may be suspended.
All prices are expressed in euros (€) inclusive of all applicable taxes. Where applicable, VAT is calculated at the rate in effect in the customer's country of residence.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with the consumer's prior consent.

Refunds: PassLink does not issue pro-rata refunds upon cancellation mid-period. Access to premium features remains active until the end of the already-billed period.
Cancellation by the customer: The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from the PassLink dashboard (Subscription section) or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made.
Effect of cancellation: Upon expiry of the subscription, the account automatically reverts to the Free plan. Profiles and data exceeding the Free plan limits may be automatically deleted.
Termination by PassLink: PassLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent or unlawful use of the Service, or persistent non-payment.
By subscribing to the Service, the customer agrees to:
Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account, without refund.
PassLink undertakes to:
PassLink grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for the duration of the subscription, for use strictly in accordance with these Terms.
The customer retains ownership of the content they publish on their profile (text, images, links). They grant PassLink a limited licence to display and deliver this content to visitors of the public profile.
PassLink retains all intellectual property rights over the Service, its source code, interfaces, algorithms and brand.
PassLink is bound by an obligation of means, not of result. Its liability cannot be engaged in cases of:
In any event, PassLink's total liability to a customer shall not exceed the total amounts paid by that customer during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The processing of personal data in the context of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, the customer also accepts the Privacy Policy.
PassLink reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.
If the customer does not accept the new terms, they may cancel their subscription before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing agreement within 60 days, the dispute shall be referred to the courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of PassLink SAS.
Consumer customers may also use a free consumer mediation service. PassLink will provide the contact details of the relevant mediator upon request at contact@passlink.me.
